Eligibility

Items purchased from www.rockrevival.com are eligible for return or exchange within 15 days of the purchase date.

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Returned with original tags and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by the return form or order confirmation

Please note:

  • Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit
  • Gift cards and international orders are final sale
  • Only merchandise purchased directly from www.rockrevival.com is eligible for return or exchange
  • Jewelry is final sale unless the item is defective

Defective Items

We guarantee our merchandise is free of manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective item, it must be reported and returned within 15 days of purchase.

The condition of the item will be assessed upon receipt. If the defect is confirmed, you will be eligible for a refund or exchange. To begin, please click here to open our returns portal.

Rock Revival offers returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Defective items are eligible for return regardless of condition.

Return Process: Contact customercare@rockrevival.com to initiate a return. We partner with Redo for return shipping. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return. Price adjustments are available within the eligible return window.

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us at customercare@rockrevival.com before the 14-day period expires. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Returns and Exchanges with Redo

Available in the U.S. only

We’ve partnered with Redo to provide a seamless return and shipping protection experience.

If you added Redo Free Return Shipping + Package Protection at checkout:

  • Your return shipping will be free
  • Your order is protected against loss, theft, damage, or incorrect delivery
  • You can initiate a return or exchange anytime through our returns portal

Important: Once you’ve selected Redo coverage, it cannot be removed after the order is placed.

If you did not purchase Redo at checkout:

  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost
  • Your package is not covered by shipping protection
  • A $7.50 return label fee will be deducted from your refund

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Visit our Returns Portal and log into your account
  2. Select the order and item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
  3. Follow the instructions to generate your prepaid return label
  4. Attach the label and drop off your package at any UPS or USPS location

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect:

  • Start a live chat with our Customer Care team (bottom right of your screen during business hours)
  • Or email us at customercare@rockrevival.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item

While we cannot guarantee exact replacements due to inventory, we will do our best to resolve the issue in line with our Return and Refund Policy.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return
  • It may take 1–2 billing cycles for your refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

Price Adjustments

We offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within 15 days of your purchase.

Please note:

  • Items purchased with promotional discounts are not eligible for price adjustments (excluding free shipping promotions)
  • We do not price match other retailers
  • Promo codes cannot be combined, applied retroactively, or used on international orders
