Order Processing

Standard Domestic Orders placed by 3:00 p.m. (PST), Monday–Friday, typically ship the same day.

Next Day and 2nd Day Air Orders placed by 11:00 a.m. (PST), Monday–Friday, typically ship the same day.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will process the following business day.

Please note that same-day shipment is not guaranteed and may vary during high-volume periods.

Free Ground Shipping

We offer free ground shipping on U.S. orders over $200 after discounts are applied (excluding taxes and shipping fees).

Free shipping does not apply to orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses.

Alaska and Hawaii Standard Shipping

$29.00 (5–7 business days)

International Shipping

International orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days via UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

Shipping costs and duties are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated at checkout.

Rock Revival is not responsible for delays caused by customs or import processes.

EU Shipping Orders shipped to the European Union typically arrive within 7–14 business days after processing. Processing takes 1–3 business days.

Rock Revival ships to the EU on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. All applicable import duties, VAT, and customs fees are calculated and collected at checkout — there are no surprise charges upon delivery. The price you pay at checkout is the final price.

Additional Shipping Information

Packages valued at $500 or more require a recipient signature upon delivery.
We ship to PO/APO boxes where allowed by the selected carrier.
Rock Revival is not liable for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, customs delays, or other external factors.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where incorrect item, size, or package delivered to the wrong address

Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused without prior authorization, the refund will be processed minus round-trip shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees.

This policy applies even to orders that originally qualified for free shipping.
