Shipping Policy
• Domestic Standard Shipping: Orders placed by 3:00 p.m. (PST), Monday-Friday, typically ship the same day.
• Domestic Next Day & 2nd Day Air: Orders placed by 11:00 a.m. (PST), Monday-Friday will usually ship the same day (no guarantees).
• International Shipping: Orders ship within 2 business days. The recipient is responsible for any shipping costs and duties.
• International orders will be delivered via UPS, FedEx, or DHL (Shipping costs and duties will apply)
• Holiday & Weekend Orders: Processed the next business day.
• Signature Requirement: Orders over $500 require a recipient's signature.
• Rock Revival ships to PO/APO boxes where allowed by the carrier selected at checkout.

o Free ground shipping on orders over $150 (exclusions apply)
o Ground: $7.50 (5-7 Business Days)

o Next Day Air: $35.00

Return Policy
• International Orders: All sales are final.
• Returns: Items purchased from rockrevival.com may be returned within 30 days for refund or store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags.
• Return Shipping: Log in to your account, request a return for selected items, and generate a prepaid label for $7.50 (deducted from your refund). Drop off at any UPS or USPS location.
• Incorrect Shipments: Return shipping is covered for incorrect items and a full refund will be issued.
• Defective Items: Defective items returned within 30 days qualify for a full refund; after 30 days, partial credit or repair may be available.
Additional Notes:
• Gift cards are not eligible for returns, exchanges or cash value.
• Sale items can be returned for store credit only within the 30-day return window.
